Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026 Morocco is a fully funded international leadership and training program hosted by the Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) in Rabat, Morocco. The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program is a flagship leadership initiative organized by the Policy Center for the New South, a Moroccan think tank dedicated to advancing innovative policy solutions and strengthening international cooperation.
