About the Programme & Objectives

Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) integrate computation, networking, and physical processes, acting as the backbone for critical infrastructures like smart grids, autonomous transportation, healthcare systems, and industrial automation. With their increasing connectivity, these systems are highly susceptible to sophisticated cyber threats that can inflict real-world physical damage.

This FDP aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of CPS security by focusing on attack mechanisms, vulnerabilities, and modern defense strategies. Participants will learn resilient system design approaches and explore the integration of emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain within CPS networks. The program is designed to enhance the capabilities of attendees in teaching, research, and curriculum development.
