About the Programme

The AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy actively aims to enhance research, teaching, and practical skills among academic professionals by bridging the persistent gap between industry and academia. Accordingly, the ATAL FDP MVIT Puducherry provides both foundational theoretical knowledge and extensive practical exposure to modern industrial systems. The curriculum explores advanced industrial robotics, predictive maintenance, and Digital Twin technology to enable intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

Established in 2008 under the Sri Manakula Vinayagar Educational Trust, Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology (MVIT) operates as a premier autonomous institution in Puducherry. The institute is accredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ Grade and NBA, featuring a 75-acre integrated smart campus.
