The ATAL FDP IITM Janakpuri is a fully funded, one-week offline training program organized by the Department of Computer Science at the Institute of Information Technology & Management (IITM) in New Delhi. Sponsored by the AICTE ATAL Academy, this initiative focuses on next-generation artificial intelligence, specifically exploring agentic, responsible, and sustainable AI systems. Set up in 1999 under the aegis of the Mata Leelawati Shikshan Sansthan (MLSS), the Institute of Information Technology & Management operates as a recognized center of excellence in Janakpuri. The host Department of Computer Science emphasizes a strong theoretical foundation coupled with practical, hands-on training. Notably, the department utilizes its Artificial Intelligence Experience Centre and schedules dedicated industrial visits to ensure participants are thoroughly prepared for real-world tech industry challenges.
