The ATAL FDP Christ University Bangalore is a six-day offline training program scheduled from 17th August 2026 to 22nd August 2026. Sponsored by the AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy, this Faculty Development Programme focuses on “Next-Generation Electric and Hydrogen Vehicles: Battery Technology, Smart Charging, AI Integration, and Sustainable Mobility Solutions”. This intensive six-day programme equips engineering faculty with comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge across the complete electric vehicle (EV) and hydrogen mobility ecosystem. The curriculum covers critical areas such as EV battery chemistry, Battery Management Systems (BMS), thermal management, power electronics, and AI/ML-driven intelligent energy management. The training is highly interactive, featuring a structured industrial visit to Ashok Leyland in Hosur, hands-on simulation labs, and daily research article discussions to enrich teaching and student project supervision.
The host institution, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), was established as Christ College in 1969 and was declared a Deemed to be University in 2008. Accredited with an A+ grade by NAAC and ranked 60 in NIRF 2024, the university serves over 30,000 students.
