Educational Qualification
- PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) — Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed.; strong academic record throughout UG and PG mandatory; as per Tamil Nadu School Education Department norms.
- TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) — Graduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training qualification; as per applicable norms.
- Principal / Academic Director — Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. and demonstrated leadership experience; Ph.D. or significant administrative experience at a recognised school group preferred.
- HOD / Coordinator / NEE/JEE Faculty — PG degree in the relevant subject with strong subject expertise and prior academic leadership or coaching experience in the relevant domain.
- Non-Teaching & Support Staff — UG/PG or relevant vocational qualification in the respective functional area; Tally proficiency mandatory for Accountant; technical certification preferred for System Admin, Electrician, and Mechanic roles.
