Indiana University School of Medicine is currently seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow in Pediatrics to join the Herman B Wells Center for Pediatric Research. The mission of the lab is to advance gene therapy approaches by optimizing the production and characterization of AAV vectors. This Postdoctoral Fellow in Pediatrics position offers a unique opportunity to engage with both scientists and physicians to increase knowledge of the causes and mechanisms of serious pediatric diseases.
Specifically, the fellow will support the broader goals of precision medicine by identifying subgenomic particles and improving vector efficiency. Furthermore, the environment at the Wells Center houses more than 300 faculty investigators and trainees, providing an immersive atmosphere for professional development in the life sciences.
