- Experience: While candidates with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience are preferred, practitioners from the industry with relevant teaching exposure are also highly encouraged.
- Academic Associates: Meanwhile, applicants awaiting their doctoral degree award will initially be appointed as Academic Associates. Subsequently, upon receiving the degree, they will automatically transition to the Assistant Professor (Level 10) position.
