The AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy Faculty Development Programme (FDP) focuses on shaping educators into beacons of knowledge, morals, and ethics. Specifically, the course addresses the urgent need for faculty reorientation in the modern technical education landscape. By combining basic life skills training with advanced stress management techniques like Sudarshan Kriya, the program ensures participants reaffirm the vision of their respective institutes. The program intends to accommodate a maximum of 50 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, although AICTE officials may be permitted above this limit.
