Applications are open for the AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy sponsored Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Industry 4.0 Unleashed: Intelligent Convergence of AI and Cloud for Autonomous and Resilient Smart Systems”.

Organized by the Department of Information Technology at Vignan’s Institute of Management and Technology for Women (VMTW) in Hyderabad, this six-day FDP aims to equip academic professionals and industry personnel with hands-on skills in modern intelligent systems. The program is completely free of charge for selected participants.

About the Programme

The rapid evolution of Industry 4.0 technologies has transformed traditional industrial systems into intelligent, automated, and data-driven environments. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Cloud Computing plays a crucial role in enabling smart systems across domains such as manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, and smart cities.

This FDP is designed to equip faculty members with interdisciplinary knowledge and hands-on skills required to incorporate Industry 4.0 concepts into teaching, research, and real-time applications.

Objectives and Learning Outcomes

Primary Objectives of the FDP:

Eligibility and Application Guidelines

The workshop has specific guidelines for participation and certification:

  • Eligibility: Faculty members, Research scholars, and PG Scholars of AICTE approved institutions, as well as Industry Personnel, are eligible to apply.
  • Selection Process: Eligible participants will be selected based on a first come first serve basis and will be intimated by e-mail. The coordinator’s decision will be final regarding the selection of participants.
  • Session Timings: Sessions will be conducted during the evening time.
  • Certification Requirements: The certificates shall be issued to those participants who are registered on the ATAL portal, attend the program with a minimum 80% attendance, and score a minimum 70% marks in the assessment.
