ATAL FDP GPCET

The ATAL FDP GPCET is a one-week offline training program organized by the Department of Humanities and Sciences at G Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology. Sponsored by the AICTE Training and Learning Academy, this initiative focuses on nanotechnology in next-generation WLEDs. The program offers fully funded participation, providing an e-certificate and travel reimbursement for eligible attendees. About the Programme

The core objective of this curriculum centers on providing essential knowledge in smart lighting systems. Consequently, participants will emerge with the technical proficiency necessary to conceptualize and develop energy-efficient infrastructure adaptable to future industrial demands. Furthermore, mastering the science behind light-matter interaction at the nanoscale enables researchers to act as active catalysts for sustainable development.

Established in 2007, G Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology holds NAAC ‘A’ Grade and NBA accreditation. The host Department of Humanities and Sciences boasts a 19-year legacy, maintaining close industry collaborations to effectively bridge the gap between theoretical science and practical application. Therefore, the ATAL FDP GPCET provides an optimal environment for promoting a multidisciplinary approach where applied sciences intersect with core engineering disciplines.

Selection Process

  • Organizers review registrations through the ATAL portal and will announce the selected candidates on 7 July 2026.
  • To secure certification, candidates undergo an MCQ or short-answer assessment carrying a 10% weightage.
  • Participants must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to earn a 20% evaluation weightage.
  • Attendees will submit a two-page article summary contributing to a 30% evaluation weightage.
  • Evaluators grade an individual teaching practice session for a 15% weightage.
  • Teams must compile an industrial visit report for a 10% weightage.
  • Participants will complete a reflective journal during the final session, carrying a 15% weightage.

  2. Complete the initial login process and fill out the general details section.
  3. Upload your valid identity proof as a JPEG file alongside the NOC obtained from your present organization.
  4. Select the specific GPCET program scheduled for 13th to 18th July and formally submit your application.
