Educational Qualification
- Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor — Engineering Departments — Ph.D., Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with First Class in all preceding degrees in the relevant Engineering or Science branch; as per AICTE norms; Ph.D. mandatory for Professor designation.
- Dean / HOD / Controller of Examination — Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with substantial academic administrative experience; as per AICTE norms; prior autonomous institution experience preferred for Controller of Examination.
- Sr. Lecturer / Lecturer — Diploma — B.E./B.Tech. with First Class in the relevant discipline; M.E./M.Tech. preferred; as per AICTE norms for diploma-level faculty.
- Sr. Librarian / Assistant Librarian — PG degree in Library and Information Science with relevant experience; as per applicable norms.
- Non-Teaching Staff (Accountant / Office Assistant / DTP Operator) — UG/PG degree in a relevant discipline; proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, and Tally is explicitly mandatory for non-teaching administrative roles.
Experience
- Professor — Substantial teaching, research, and academic leadership experience as per AICTE norms; demonstrated ability to drive R&D, consultancy, and patent activities preferred.
- Associate Professor / HOD / Dean — Considerable teaching and administrative experience in the relevant engineering or management discipline; candidates with a record of promoting EDC, innovation labs, and industry interaction will receive preference.
- Assistant Professor — Prior teaching experience in the relevant discipline preferred; freshers with qualifying credentials and strong academic records are eligible as per AICTE norms.
- Diploma Lecturers / Lab Technicians — Prior diploma-level teaching or laboratory experience in the relevant engineering domain preferred.
- Non-Teaching Staff — Prior experience in accounting, office administration, or DTP operations at a recognised educational institution preferred; Tally proficiency is mandatory for the Accountant role.
Selection Process
