Academic Qualification
- No specific academic degree level is mandated; professional background in relevant NGO fields is the primary criterion
- Fellows must demonstrate expertise in at least one of the following areas: community development, environment, education, gender, human rights, media and information technology, LGBTQ+, medical service, or social welfare
- Outstanding applicants from other NGO fields may also be considered

- A minimum of three years of professional work experience in the NGO sector is required
