- Associate Professor / Assistant Professor — CS & Related Domains (CSE, IT, CS & Design, AI & ML, AI & DS) — B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science or IT with First Class in all preceding degrees; Ph.D. preferred; Cyber Security specialisation will receive additional preference.
- Associate Professor / Assistant Professor — Mechatronics Engineering — B.E./B.Tech. in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation; PG in Mechanical & Automation additionally recognised; First Class in all preceding degrees mandatory.
- Associate Professor / Assistant Professor — Electronics and Communication Engineering — M.E. in Communication Systems with First Class in all preceding degrees; Ph.D. preferred.
- Associate Professor / Assistant Professor — Food Technology — B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Food Technology with First Class in all preceding degrees; Ph.D. preferred.
- Assistant Professor — Computer Technology (UG) — MCA with Ph.D./SET/NET; alternatively, M.Sc. in CS, IT, or SE (5-year integrated) with Ph.D./SET/NET; First Class throughout mandatory.
