The primary goal of this Faculty Development Program (FDP) is to equip faculty members with the necessary knowledge and skills in quantum computing concepts, algorithms, and development tools. Specifically, the FDP aims to bridge the gap between classical and quantum paradigms. Consequently, this training enables educators to seamlessly integrate quantum principles into their teaching and research methodologies. The program heavily focuses on hands-on experience using quantum programming platforms like Qiskit and IBM Quantum Experience. Moreover, this practical focus fosters crucial skills in designing quantum circuits and understanding diverse real-world applications. Ultimately, the secondary objective is to encourage interdisciplinary research, curriculum development, and essential academic-industry collaboration in emerging quantum technologies for future-ready education.
Target Audience and Participation:
The FDP welcomes faculty members, Research Scholars, and PG Scholars from AICTE-approved institutions, in addition to Industry Personnel. Enrollment is strictly limited to 100 participants, thereby ensuring focused and personalized learning. Furthermore, the selection process operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
The 6-day program features a rigorous schedule of sessions covering both theoretical and practical aspects of quantum computing.
